Inside the imposing Rachid Karami International Fair, Oscar Niemeyer’s timeless architecture was filled on Friday, Sept. 25, with the aromas of freshly baked kaakeh, piping-hot meat pies and syrup-soaked pastries.Bathed in the soft light of early evening, the vast venue welcomed hungry and curious visitors from 6 p.m. onward.
