Touta opened three years ago in Lisbon, located between the Estrela Basilica and the Campo de Ourique neighborhood. The project was started by two Lebanese entrepreneurs with a love for adventure: chef Cynthia Bitar and Rita Abu Ghazaleh.With a sharp gaze and a voice full of infectious energy, the gastronomist admits the decision to put down roots in Portugal was gradual.
