For seven years now, 37-year-old Marc Farran has been crisscrossing Paris with his fresh, cold-pressed, organic juice. At the beginning, he delivered the bottled by bike. Now well established, he's free to delegate daily distribution to his team and focus on developing a product that's now found in cafes, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, events, and among private customers.And since Paris Fashion Week took off on Monday, demand has been overwhelming...
