"I always wanted to open a Lebanese restaurant," says Tarek Mansour right away, before listing his reasons: "First, to share Lebanese culture in the city of Noisy-le-Grand. And second, because I think Lebanese cuisine has a good reputation in France and can be shared through various channels of consumption: street food, table service and more."Mansour was born in Beirut in 1969. At 16, he left the country with his family, uncles, and aunts to settle in Noisy-le-Grand, where a cousin already lived. "My childhood memories of Lebanon come down to the war.
