Cocotte et citron, whose real name is Manon Douellou, arrived without any grand plan, simply with the desire to declare her love for Lebanon, its gastronomy — which she is still discovering — and, above all, her Lebanese husband.She never takes herself too seriously or claims to be an expert on Lebanese recipes, nor does she seek to appropriate a heritage she is still getting to know.
