Juni, a Parisian bakery like a map of Armenian-Lebanese history

Born to a Lebanese-Armenian father and a French-Armenian mother, Gregory Guerguerian launched a bakery in Paris offering dishes that take Armenian cuisine on a journey.

"The menu at Juni tells the story of my family across four generations," explains Gregory Guerguerian.
