The name is the game. À la minute aims to make speed one of the main selling points of its model. According to Jad Mounzer, the group's general manager, the concept opened its doors on July 27, and he explains that the idea came about quite pragmatically."We said: Why not offer a sandwich shop, something really easy, with easy access, made quickly?" explains Mounzer. The brand positions itself as fast food, but with ambitions beyond a simple sandwich shop. The group believes it has identified an underserved segment in Jounieh: an offering that is quick yet more refined and geared toward a clientele attentive to what they eat.
