The Couqley brand continues its rebirth in Lebanon by opening a new restaurant in Dbayeh, within the Ground 7 cluster, which opened on Dec. 17. This strategic location marks an important step in developing a brand that is determined to expand further.Founded in 2008 by a group of bistro enthusiasts, including French chef Alexis Couquelet, Couqley started in an alley in Gemmayzeh before establishing itself as a must-visit bistro in Beirut and then in Dbayeh in 2013.
