- 3 avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 medium shallot, chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 2.5 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 20 milliliters olive oil
- 1 kilogram shrimp
- Mash the avocados in a bowl with a fork.
- Add the lime juice, shallot, cilantro, then the cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, and olive oil.
- Mix everything together to combine all the ingredients well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then toss them into the skillet and cook for 30 seconds on each side, or until the centers are opaque.
- Serve the guacamole on a plate and arrange the shrimp on top.
- Tip: Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of lime zest.
