Ingredients
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1 medium shallot, chopped
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 2.5 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 20 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 kilogram shrimp

Preparation Lebanese-style guacamole shrimp
  1. Mash the avocados in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Add the lime juice, shallot, cilantro, then the cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Mix everything together to combine all the ingredients well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then toss them into the skillet and cook for 30 seconds on each side, or until the centers are opaque.
  7. Serve the guacamole on a plate and arrange the shrimp on top.
  8. Tip: Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of lime zest.
