On the school bus taking him home last Nov. 12, Jad Salem, age 6, a student at Hajj Bahaa al-Din Hariri High School (HBHS) in Saida, stuck his head out the window. Struck by a tree, he died shortly afterward. On the same day, thirteen students were injured in Shhour (Sour) after their private van veered off the road.
