When it comes to the dining business, Downtown Beirut’s Park Avenue area has experienced unprecedented growth this year in Lebanon, reflecting the country's paradox where everything thrives and grows even amid the crisis.

Park Avenue is a destination that grew organically by surprise in a residential area in Downtown, located between the Four Seasons Hotel and Kantari Street inclusive. Today Park Avenue is a vibrant, flourishing area frequented by lavish clientele with high purchasing power. As an F&B zone, Park Avenue has seen a growth rate in the past year never before seen in Lebanon. The neighborhood seemingly reflects the country’s schizophrenia where even during the crisis everything is booming and growing. Park Avenue experienced a 37.5 percent increase in supply in 2024 compared to last year, with the total number of outlets reaching 44, up from 32 in 2023.
