IMF deal: Paris pushes, Beirut acts, BDL still resists

A new preliminary agreement between Lebanon and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), following the one reached in April 2022, could be concluded as early as the first day, a source familiar with the negotiations and cited by Reuters said.
