Political suicide is not heroic

Karim Safieddine is a sociology PhD candidate and political writer based in Lebanon.Following Israel’s assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamanei, Hezbollah declared its utmost solidarity with the Iranian regime.It then launched rockets and drones at the city of Haifa to avenge the killing of the late Ayatollah.
