"Far from being harmless or healthy": Expert comments on alternative tobacco products

For the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, L'Orient Today interviewed Dr. Ghazi Zaatari, a tobacco specialist at the World Health Organization, to discuss traditional and alternative smoking in the country.

BEIRUT — Alternative tobacco products have become increasingly popular in Lebanon, largely due to the perception that they are less harmful than traditional cigarettes.
