Fadi Makki is a partner and director of the Behavioral Science Lab at Boston Consulting Group and the department of personnel and organization of the company. He is the founder of Nudge Lebanon and was the first head of the Middle East's first behavior-based unit - B4Development (formerly Qatar Behavioral Insights Unit) - within the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, where he was also an advisor to the Secretary-General. He currently co-chairs the WHO's Technical Advisory Group on Knowledge and Behavioral Sciences for Health and is an adjunct professor at HBKU in Qatar. He succeeds Najla Riachi.
