- 1 liter of milk
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g cornstarch
- 80 g black sesame paste
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- In a bowl, dissolve the sugar and cornstarch in a little milk to prevent lumps.
- Heat the rest of the milk until it starts to simmer.
- Add the sugar-cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the black sesame paste.
To serve:
- Pour into small glasses.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
