Suppy, a company founded in 2020 by Jamil, Marc, and Sybille Kai and specializing in e-commerce and white label delivery solutions for merchants in the food sector, has recently acquired Eddress, one of its main competitors in this segment. The deal was finalized at the end of July, with a public announcement scheduled for early September.
