'Dad promised me we'd go out for lunch': Ali Fneich, 36, abducted at sea off Naqoura, June 4, 2025

Since the cease-fire, nine Lebanese citizens have been captured and imprisoned in Israel. Their families remain without answers, caught between anguish and fragile hope. A year later, L'Orient Today met with fisherman Ali Fneich's family, as well as his friend, who witnessed the abduction.
