U.S. strikes on three nuclear sites in Iran on Sunday caused no casualties, the head of the Iranian Red Crescent, Pir Hossein Kolivand, stated on Sunday.
"Fortunately, there were no martyrs during last night's events of the American aggression against the Iranian nuclear facilities," he said, according to state television.
