Almost a month after the cease-fire between Hezbollah and Israel, the search continues, but no authority is releasing official figures on the number of people missing in Israeli strikes.

It's become something of a ritual. For several weeks now, Rima, who wished to go by a pseudonym, has shared photos of her daughter Naya online. In the pictures, Naya is smiling, dressed in colourful floral dresses. They're images that come in stark contrast to the reality imposed by the war waged by adults.Originally from Blida, in southern Lebanon, Rima moved her family at the onset of cross-border fire between Israel and Hezbollah, to what was then the safety of Beirut's southern suburbs. But on Sept. 20, the Israeli army bombed the nine-story building in the Haret Hreik district where they were living, not far from the al-Qaem mosque. The Israeli army claimed it was "a targeted strike" aimed at the building's underground parkinglot where a meeting of Hezbollah's elite Radwan forces was taking place. The building collapsed immediately...
