Recipe tips : Aquafaba is the liquid in which canned chickpeas are preserved. It can be used as a substitute for egg whites in many recipes. However, its foaming power is slightly less potent than that of egg whites.

Pierre Farah, consulting and cooking
bio

His name is Pierre Farah, he is in his thirties and has been living in Switzerland for seven years, where he works in consulting. « I've always been interested in cooking. I remember eagerly awaiting episodes of Joël Robuchon's cooking show Bon appétit bien sûr when I was a child, but it wasn't until I lived alone in Montreal for my studies (at McGill) that I really started cooking. »

On his Instagram account (@pierrefarah), he posts addresses of restaurants he likes, as well as easy homemade recipes, salads, pasta dishes, suggestions based on themes or products, and, more recently, ideas for revisited cocktails.

« I created this account a few years ago to share photos of the dishes I was creating. Little by little, I also started sharing the recipes. There's no particular style, I mainly try to offer recipes that are relatively simple and that work if you follow the instructions. »
