BEIRUT —- The passenger ferry line linking Jounieh in Lebanon to Larnaca in Cyprus has been postponed pending the completion of procedures with the Cypriot Foreign Ministry, weeks after the service was officially inaugurated in Lebanon.Cedar Waves, the company operating the ferry of the same name, had presented Larnaca as the flagship destination of a new maritime network also serving Latakia in Syria and Mersin in Turkey.The company inaugurated its services on June 18 with a lavish ceremony at the Jounieh port attended by several ministers and officials.
