On Friday evening, Lebanon and Israel signed a framework agreement linking, among other things, the disarmament of the party to an Israeli withdrawal, prompting one of Hezbollah’s MPs to warn that the deal could lead to “civil war.”For now, the situation on the ground appears to remain under control.
