Nearly 20 days after the forceful arrest by State Security of Hassan Itani, a generator operator suspected of charging excessive rates for providing electricity to his clients in Saqiet al-Janzir (Beirut), the government commissioner at the military court, Claude Ghanem, is expected to complete his investigation this week.
