And now, what will Lebanon do about Hezbollah? This question is on everyone's lips since the cease-fire, brokered with Israel through American mediation, took effect overnight Thursday into Friday. Especially since an extension of the ten-day truce depends on serious action by the Lebanese government regarding the disarmament of the militia, as stipulated by the agreement. The Salam government reportedly intends to fulfill this obligation by again turning to the army, which should be tasked with securing the exclusive control of weapons throughout Lebanese territory.
