Smoke was rising Saturday from a major oil facility in the United Arab Emirates, according to an AFP journalist, apparently the result of another strike against the Gulf's oil infrastructure.
Dark clouds of smoke were billowing from Fujairah, which is home to a significant port where Iranian attacks have previously targeted an oil depot and a commercial platform. An oil export terminal is also located there.
