The interim first investigative judge of Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, issued his indictment on Tuesday in the case related to the acquisition and exploitation of real estate in France, one of the cases in which the former governor of the Banque du Liban (BDL), Riad Salameh, is being prosecuted. Judge Mansour indicted him for money laundering and illicit enrichment.Judge Mansour previously issued an arrest warrant for Salameh in this case at the end of Oct. 2024.
