One hundred twenty-seven people, more than half of whom were civilians, have been killed in Lebanon by the Israeli army since the cease-fire took effect just over four months ago, on Nov. 27, 2024, following over 13 months of attrition war between Hezbollah and Israel, according to L'Orient-Le Jour's count. Since the cease-fire, the Israeli air force has conducted 47 deadly strikes, including one in Beirut's southern suburbs in the early hours on Tuesday morning.
