"Lebanon has what it takes" to recover from its crisis and build a globally competitive economy, according to Economy Minister Amer Bsat and economist Ishac Diwan in a report published in early March by the Issam Fares Institute (IFI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB)."The country's competitive advantages have been eroded [by the crisis] and need to be reinforced.
