The cease-fire between Lebanon and Israel, announced on Nov. 27, offers Hezbollah a temporary breathing space, allowing it to reflect on the damage caused by a war that it initiated Oct. 8, 2023, without consulting the Lebanese government.The consequences of this confrontation were disastrous.
