Ziad Richa started off on his pizzaiolo dreams serving pizzas to his loyal biker clientele at Bikers Pro, a bike shop he's run in Zalka for nearly a decade now.Witnessing the success of such offerings, he embarked on an apprenticeship in Naples in 2019. A lot of practice helped him to hone his skills, perfect his pizza recipes, and test them extensively to ensure consistency and quality.From these labors, Riccello Pizza Art was born in February 2023 and quickly gained a loyal following – the name Riccello obviously a reference to his last name, being Richa.The restaurant accommodates approximately 40 guests indoors and an additional 30 outdoors on the sidewalk. As of this review's publication, the outdoor seating area is undergoing refurbishment to increase its capacity, ensuring even more guests can enjoy their dining experience al...
