The price of gasoline decreased slightly while the cost of diesel, gas cylinders and fuel oil for private generators saw the inverse, according to the latest price list published by the Energy and Water Ministry. While the new rates are normally published on Tuesday, this one was released a day later due to the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Here are the latest prices:
- 20 liters of 95 octane gasoline: LL 1,585,000 (-LL 5,000)
- 20 liters of 98 octane gasoline: LL 1,625,000 (-LL 5,000)
- 20 liters of diesel (for vehicles): LL 1,428,000 (+LL 7,000)
- Domestic gas cylinder: LL 821,000 (+LL 8,000)
- Fuel oil for private generators: $735.39 (+$3.70).
