The prices for all forms of fuel, except for gas cylinders, rose in the latest update from the Energy and Water Ministry.
Due to the Eid al-Fitr holiday, the ministry published an updated list yesterday and today rather than its usual schedule of Tuesdays and Fridays.
Here are the new prices:
- 20 liters of 95 octane gasoline: LL 1,767,000 (+LL 10,000).
- 20 liters of 98 octane gasoline: LL 1,805,000 (+ LL 10,000).
- 20 liters of diesel (for vehicles): LL 1,568,000 (+LL 6.000).
- Domestic gas cylinder: LL 927,000 (-LL 8,000).
- Kiloliter of fuel oil (used to power private electric generators): $812.26 (+$2.71).
