The ‘National Meeting’: A March 8 revival or a third way?


Officially, the “National Meeting,” set to take place Oct. 19 in Beirut, is an attempt to create a space for dialogue outside traditional political alignments. Contacts have already been made, and the main topics for discussion have been defined.
