Following Ali Cherri and Mohammad H., a third French-Lebanese citizen, who declined to be named, filed a complaint with the French courts on Sept. 22 over Israel’s alleged war crimes in Lebanon since October 2023.The 37-year-old digital entrepreneur, who is originally from Zawtar Sharqieh, an Israeli-occupied village north of the Litani River in Nabatieh, accused Israel of destroying his family home in April and later uprooting around 600 olive trees from his land, after the framework agreement was signed in late June.
