On Friday night, traffic heading to Batroun began backing up well before the concert, as hundreds of people made their way to Batrouniyat for a tribute to the British band Coldplay. The vast field that had recently hosted World Cup screenings was transformed into an open-air concert venue for "A Night Full of Stars." Flags from the tournament still surrounded the site, and the trophy remained on display.For Yara Bassil, project manager of Batrouniyat and one of the event's organizers, the idea was to make the most of match-free days by offering a different kind of experience.
