BEIRUT — The Ministry of Health has released the latest toll from the war between Hezbollah and Israel, which began on March 2. The figures continue to rise amid ongoing Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon and continued ground clashes. Israeli strikes have killed 3,412, and injured 10,269 people.
Fighting continues in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa despite a cease-fire that was supposed to take effect in early April. Israeli bombardments remain near-daily and largely uninterrupted, as do Hezbollah’s retaliatory attacks.
