According to the Tasnim news agency, Tehran's plan calls for the withdrawal of U.S. forces from areas near Iran, the lifting of the blockade of Iranian ports, the unfreezing of Iranian assets, the payment of reparations, the lifting of sanctions, a "mechanism" concerning the Strait of Hormuz, and "an end to the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon."
