An Iranian military official said Saturday that a resumption of conflict with the United States is “probable,” as Donald Trump said he is “not satisfied” with a new offer from Iran to restart peace talks.
“A resumption of conflict between Iran and the United States is probable, and the facts have shown that the United States does not respect any promise or agreement,” said Mohammad Jafar Asadi, deputy inspector of the Khatam Al-Anbiya armed forces command, as quoted by Fars news agency.
