It is that of the Islamic Republic-affiliated Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya (Arabic for Islamic Movement of the Companions of the Right), commonly referred to as Ashab al-Yamin or HAYI. Since last month, it has claimed around ten attacks targeting Jewish and Israeli sites, mainly in London but also in the Netherlands and Belgium.
