Kristi Noem out as homeland security chief: Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he was replacing Kristi Noem, head of the powerful Department of Homeland Security (DHS.)

Trump, in a post on Truth Social, said Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullen would take over from Noem at DHS on March 31.
