Missile fire on Israel: Military prosecutor department starts an investigation
The move by the government commissioner follows the Cabinet’s decision to consider any non-state military activity, including that of Hezbollah, as “illegal.”
The Government Commissioner at the military court, Claude Ghanem, instructed on March 4 the various security services — army intelligence, the Internal Security Forces (ISF), State Security, and General Security — to identify and arrest those responsible for firing missiles at Israel, which, on the night from Sunday to Monday, plunged Lebanon into war.
