Army searches Syrian camps in Bekaa

The Lebanese Army, accompanied by an intelligence patrol in the Bekaa, conducted searches Tuesday in the Syrian refugee camps in the villages of Hammoudieh and Taybeh, looking for weapons or persons who entered Lebanon illegally, according to L'Orient Today's correspondent in the region. The army also conducted searches in the Saaideh camps, west of Baalbeck, searching for undocumented individuals, weapons and drugs. During these operations, the army arrested several Syrians who entered Lebanon illegally.

The army and intelligence unit also launched searches in camps located in Brital.
