On May 25, a new restaurant opened its doors in Badaro: Honey Mustard, a reimagined American diner. With meats sourced from South Africa and Argentina, six homemade sauces, generous dishes, and a relaxed atmosphere, this fourth outlet of the brand has broad ambitions. "We wanted to be in the heart of Beirut, at a strategic delivery hub," explained Joe Lahoud, founder of Honey Mustard and director of Lahoud Food Co.Established in 2024, the brand first launched at Level 2 in Bayada, before setting up in Jbeil and Jal al-Dib.
