Healing trauma: The 50-year journey of a war-orphaned child

During my days professional days, I once received an elderly couple accompanied by their 65-year-old son. It was the mother who called me to make the appointment. Surprised by this, I asked her: “Why doesn't your son call himself?”“You will understand when you see him,” she replied.Upon arrival, the couple revealed that he was their adoptive son.
