Israeli machine gun fire was reported Friday at the village square in Kfar Kila (Marjayoun), without causing any casualties, according to information from L'Orient Today's correspondent in southern Lebanon. Meanwhile, the Israeli army continues to occupy at least five positions it considers "strategic" in Lebanese territory and conducts almost daily strikes in Lebanon, mainly in the south and along the border with Syria.
