Beirut apartment prices in 2025: Downtown

In collaboration with Ramco Real Estate Advisers, L’Orient-Le Jour reveals the prices of apartments in various Beirut neighborhoods. This report focuses on downtown, whose luxury apartments are separated from the rest of the city, but according to one expert, are still cheaper than most world capitals.

Downtown Beirut’s luxury market remains distinct from the rest of the capital. The finest products are mainly found in Minet al-Hosn and Wadi Bou Jmil neighborhoods. Prices soar around Zaitunay Bay and Saint-Georges Marina.The area continues to attract the ultra-rich despite the 2024 war and uncertainty about the country's security situation after the cease-fire.
