Seez, co-founded by two Lebanese, acquired for $46.2 million

The automotive services platform Seez, co-founded by Lebanese entrepreneurs Tarek Kabrit and his nephew Andrew Kabrit, has been acquired by British company Pinewood for $46.2 million. Pinewood invested $42 million to purchase a 91 percent stake in the platform after acquiring a 9 percent share for $4.2 million in September 2024."This strategic decision is strongly supported by Lithia Motors Inc., Pinewood’s parent company, which plans to integrate Seez’s AI virtual assistant, Seezar, into its global network of dealerships," the company said in a statement.
