Two Lebanese-American U.S. Congress members: Hezbollah must be distanced from Cabinet
In a missive to President Donald Trump, Darin LaHood and Darrell Issa called for all aid to Lebanon to be conditional on reforms and, above all, the exclusion of Hezbollah and its allies.
In a rather direct move, two Republican representatives in U.S. Congress of Lebanese origin, Darin LaHood and Darrell Issa, sent U.S. President Donald Trump a letter on Jan. 28, setting out their expectations regarding the future Lebanese Cabinet.
