Amid the collapse of the Assad regime, families of detainees from one of Syria's most infamous prisons are desperately trying to locate their loved ones — dead or alive.

In the morgue of Moujtahed Hospital in Damascus, an anxious short-haired woman moves from room to room, searching for her brother’s remains.
